Script for Visualisation and Self-Hypnosis



SELF HYPNOSIS  Expansion

 

Relax your whole body while you are in a sitting position

 

Visualise yourself on top of a hill and as you look down you see beautiful gardened terraces on the slope of the hill.

 

Step into the first terrace of Red flowers, feel everything is happening Now, simultaneously, present , Grounded

 

Then step down 5 steps into the terrace with Orange flowers, feel forgiveness and let the past drift away.

 

Then step down 5 steps to the terrace with Yellow flowers feel wisdom, clarity, focus.

 

Then step down  5 steps to the Terrace with Green of nature feel unconditional love

 

Then step down down 5 steps to the Terrace with Blue flowers feel tranquility, communication

 

Then step down 5 steps into the Terrace with Indigo flowers, feel Intuition, knowing without knowing the facts.

 

Then step down 5 steps into the Terrace with Violet flowers, feel creativity, joy , lightness.

 

 

Then Step down 5 steps and go  into you favorite place, temple, sanctuary

 

Once inside , visualise and feel the inner qualities you would like for your life and your day.


Walk out of the sanctuary to 5 steps leading you away from that plane. 

At top of 5 steps say fully present , wide awake, eyes open. Repeat this say”1,2,3,4,5 full present eyses open wide awake.” And stretch your arms up above your head.

This process will increase in effectiveness if you repeat it every day over a period of time.

Grounding Script:

Then step down to the terrace with Indigo flowers, feel Intuition, knowing without knowing the facts.

 

Then step down to the Terrace with Blue flowers feel tranquility, communication

 

Then step down to the Terrace with Green of nature feel unconditional love

 

Then step down to the terrace with Yellow flowers feel wisdom , clarity, focus

 

Then step down to the terrace with Orange flowers, feel forgiveness and let the past drift away

 

Then step down to the terrace with Red flowers, feel everything is happening Now, simultaneously, present , Grounded

 

Step down 5 steps

 

Go into you favorite place, temple, sanctuary

 

Once inside , visualise and feel the inner qualities you would like for your life and your day.
